Do you ship to my country?

We currently deliver to United States and Canada only.

 

How long does shipping take? When will I receive my order?

Average transit times to the United States & Canada: 7 – 15 Business days

Some circumstances are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

 

My order has been dispatched, can I track it?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Note, it can take up to 7 days for shipping activity to update.

Only Part Of My Order Arrived, Where’s The Rest?

It’s on its way! As stated on your order status page, as well as in the shipping policies, most orders will arrive in multiple packages if ordering more than one item. We do this to offer you the cheapest prices and free or nearly free shipping on every order, even if it’s only a dollar! The rest of your order will arrive in due time, within the delivery time-frames!

 

Where Do You Guys Ship From?

We ship directly from our quality manufacturers and suppliers overseas in various warehouses to save you TONS of money on shipping costs internationally! They have access to very affordable shipping prices to every location across the globe, so we pass those savings on to you by shipping directly from them, and charging you nothing at all!

 

I Didn’t Get An Order Confirmation Email?

If you placed an order, you did receive an email – it’s automatic. If you’re not seeing it, it’s likely in your spam or junk folder, OR, you may have made a typo on your email address. If you think you made a typo when you checked out, just contact us via email and we will immediately correct it for you and resend your order confirmation. Rest assured that your order will be processed like normal whether you made a typo or not.

 

What If You Don’t Get Your Parcel?

If you do not get your parcel within 60 days  (peak seasons like Halloween and Christmas might have more delays), we will refund you the full money. 100% guaranteed.

 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We accept returns and exchanges for 30 days after receipt! If you don’t like the item or it doesn’t fit, you can contact us to fill the form and we will contact you to provide a return process. 100% of the item price will be refunded (except shipping charges) after we’ll receive items back to our storage.
