cup arrived on time and was packed very, very well.bubble wrapped inside the original carton, then inside a whole styrofoam case. regardless, there's still a tiny line of a crack, as thin as a hair visible. you can feel it with your fingertip on the outside but not on the inside so the crack seems to be really thin. The glass is super pretty and nowhere to be found near me from a local seller so I'm gonna keep it and be extra careful with it. probably not pour hot tea into it. really beautiful and shipping glass is always a risk, so there's that.
